• No backouts, no fussy buyers.
• Goods sold are not refundable.

How to Order

1. Please fill up the order form or email us at souqalaqsa@gmail.com with a description of the item(s) and the name of the item(s) you want to buy.
2. Wait until we contact you for further details via email.
3. Upon confirmation of your order, payment has to be made within 3 days otherwise your order will be cancelled.
4. Inform us via email ASAP once you have made payment. Include your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt for verification.
5. If you are using postage, your item(s) will be sent to you on the following day. You will be given a tracking number to track your item easily.
6. COD (Cash on delivery) is available @ Klang Valley only. From 8.30pm until 12am.
